How often will we meet & how long should therapy last?
Initially, clients typically come to therapy on a weekly basis. The sessions are generally between 45 and 60 minutes long. The length of time you’re in therapy depends on the issue, your needs, and your goals. However, short-term therapy is usually 3 to 6 months.
